GHL & CRM Automation

Automation that runs quietly in the background

CRM setup and automation — lead routing, missed-call text-back, and automated follow-up — configured around how you actually work, across trade businesses, senior-care providers, authority sites, and authors.

What GHL is: GoHighLevel (GHL) is a third-party CRM and marketing-automation platform — not CDMworld's own software. CDMworld configures, customizes, and manages GHL (and other appropriate platforms) for clients; we don't own, build, or resell it as proprietary CDMworld technology.

Who it's for

  • Trade businesses, senior-care providers, and other service businesses already using or considering GHL
  • Anyone missing calls or leads because there's no follow-up system in place
  • Businesses whose current CRM setup is half-configured or inconsistently used

Problems this solves

  • Leads going cold because nobody follows up fast enough
  • Missed calls that never get a text-back or callback
  • Manual lead routing that depends on someone remembering to do it
  • Review requests that only happen when someone remembers to ask

What this looks like by vertical

The underlying automation is the same CRM foundation — what it's configured to do changes with who's using it.

A note on senior care specifically

Some GHL plans offer HIPAA-capable configuration options. That is not the same thing as being HIPAA-compliant, and CDMworld does not claim or imply HIPAA compliance simply because a platform offers those options — actual compliance depends on your organization's own agreements, configuration, staff training, and policies, and should be confirmed with a qualified compliance professional, not assumed from a vendor feature list.

Separately, our default approach is to collect only what's needed to route and respond to an inquiry at the intake stage — not clinical details, diagnoses, or other protected health information that isn't necessary for a first contact. Where a client's workflow genuinely requires handling more sensitive information later in the process, that's a distinct conversation with its own requirements, not something we default into.

What we build

How it works

This is available as a standalone project or bundled into a Trade & Service Business Systems, Senior-Care, Authority & Resource, or Author Launch build. A real example: the Wonderful Blessed Care and AgingParentsHome case studies both use this same GHL foundation. Start a conversation to talk through your current setup.
